IS IT SAFE TO USE THE PORTABLE BABY BED DURING THE NIGHT?

We would never suggest you to leave your baby alone at anytime of the day. Always keep an eye on them.

We do NOT suggest to use it during the night if you can't keep an eye on your loved one. Due to the risks there are if the baby has anything laying around in their crib or bassinet and get stuck or head down in a pillow etc.

"TheSleepyKoala" or "SleepyKoala" will never stand by any choices you take and what you use the portable baby bed for or when.

CAN YOU WASH THE PORTABLE BABY BED?

Of course, it's very simple.

Throw it in the machine washer on +30, and you will get a clean and fresh bed within minutes!

HOW LONG SHOULD YOU USE THE BED?

We suggest you to remove our Portable Baby Bed as soon as you see that your baby is old enough to turn over or roll over by him/herself. 

You can still use the bed to travel with and use it a few days here and there.

We do NOT recommend anyone to but their baby thats 12 months or older in our Portable Baby Bed.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We currently only accept credit card payments and PayPal. More payment methods will be added in the future.

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS AND HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

We provide Free Shipping on all orders worldwide.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER OR CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS? 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us right away and we will do our best to update it during our order fulfillment process.

Unfortunately, If the item has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS, WHY DID I ONLY RECEIVE ONE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same order will sometimes be sent in separate packages so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at once…they are on the way!

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order is processed and shipped out you will receive an email with a tracking code. If you for some reason don't receive this email, please Contact Us with your order number and we will manually send it out to you.

You can track your order at USPS.com or 17Track.net.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

Once your order is shipped, it will be marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET! IS IT LOST?

If you have any concerns with your order, please contact our support team by email and they will be glad to assist you. Most emails are answered within 1 business day.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refund or exchange, at the exception of items damaged in transit.

WILL I BE CHARGED WITH CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us.
We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of the charges, please contact your local customs office.
