We process orders Monday through Friday. All orders ship within 1-2 business days after they have been confirmed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship on the next business day.
How Can I Track My Package?
We send out emails to every customer as soon as their parcel has left our warehouse with the relevant tracking details. Use the tracking details to follow the progress of your order. If you do not receive our email confirmation, make sure to check your spam folder.
- The given delivery dates are estimates calculated from the date an order is out for shipment, keeping in mind the transit time.
- Deliveries might take longer than expected because of incorrect shipping address, bad weather, stringent customs clearance procedures, or any other unavoidable circumstances.
If your parcel is damaged, lost in transit, etc. We will send you a new parcel within 1 business day (if available). If there isn't a new parcel shipped out we will refund you the total amount excl. Shipping costs. No questions asked!
